Very noob question - I can watch videos on my tv that play at 60 fps and look high def and smooth. Even on my ps4 certain youtube vids of games are ultra smooth. But my games themselves aren't.

What can I do? Am I missing something? Certain commercials and youtube videos look sleekad smooth, but my games don't when pla them. Suggestions? Sorry for the dumb question.
