Sony + Third Party devs = revive old ips(opinion)

I always wonder why sony Doesnt hire Third Party devs(thats known for making a type of game) to make a game based on their dead ips.

sanzaru games is a great example, they did a fantastic job with Sly cooper thieve in time. Also its not a dead ip but i always wanted a 2D Ratchet & Clank, so a game made by Inti Creates or WayForward would work greatly.
