Unable to unpause my game download I tried everything

I feel like I tried everything from rebuilding database, restarting download, restarting PS4, initializing my PS4, and trying the pause unpause but for honor keeps getting stuck on pause and I can't unpause it so it just has the pause icon on it and I can't do anything any fixes? Been trying for the whole day now
