Anyone know if you can control the PS4 PS button via a remote.

I just managed to get HDMI-CEC working on my TV and PS4. It appears to be able to control LEFT, RIGHT, UP, DOWN and SELECT and a BACK button. but this enables me to Start NetFlix but not come back out of it. I think I need to be able to Press the PS button to close an App?

Also if anyone knows Can you turn on and Off your PS4 via this protocol, if so how can I do that.

I'm using a Logitech Harmony, so I can add any command I like.
