So I preordered Yonder: The Cloud Catcher Chronicles the other day. This is my first time preordering a digital game on PS4. Preloading is supposed to be available now, but it's not working. I did get the preorder theme just fine when I bought it. If I go to the game in my library and click Download, it looks like it's trying to go to the store for a second (screen goes to a blue background) and then it dumps me back to the game's page in my library. If I go to the countdown page the auto-download box is unchecked. If I check that, then back out, when I go back into the countdown screen the box is unchecked.
While the system never gives an error or even shows anything in Notifications, if I go to the web store I can see it in my Download Queue with an error. If I try to clear it from there and then download it in any way, including through the Download List on the website, it gets the same error (just red "Download Error" text in the Queue screen on the website with the console not showing anything at all.)
I tried starting a demo I'd never had downloading and that didn't work. I renewed Licenses and it didn't work. I have plenty of space (it's not a big game, maybe about 3 GB.)
Is this just a "wait until it fixes itself" problem? As I said, my first digital PS4 preorder. I won't be too upset if I can't play right at midnight when it releases but part of me is paranoid that this error could persist after release.
