Controller flashing white and won't connect

I've tried: -holding the PS button -manually turning off and on my console -hitting the reset button on the back -plugging it into the console(got the orange light, but still unresponsive) -plugging it into the console with a different USB

I'm all out of ideas. Is it fucked or is there something I'm missing??
