German DLC with bulgarian account?

So I recently got my hands on a 50 euro prepaid card for psn in Germany (DE). I live in Bulgaria and was wondering...if I have a game on my account (the BG one) and then use the German acc to buy dlc (a season pass for instance), will it work fine? Also, a physical copy bought in BG i.e. an EU version should work fine with DE DLC right? Thanks beforehand for the answers :D
