Im seriously freaking out. PS4 Bricked?

So today I turned my PS4 on and everything was fine.

Then, I tried to play some.VR, plugged in all the cables, but when I put my VR goggles on, it said "HDMI X"

I said "fuck it" and gave up.

Then, I decided to play normal games, on my regular PS4. This is when things start getting weird.

My PS4 turns on and I can hear sound, but for some reason, my monitor gets no signal. I've tried on a TV too, but it still doesn't work.

(The HDMI cable isnt the problem, it's working)

So I googled some solutions, and people only say that I should boot on to safe mode. Problem is, when I do the first step (turning the PS4 on and waiting for the second beep while still pressing the power up button), the PS4 doesn't go to safe mode. It just turns itself off.

I'm seriously desperate. Everything was working this morning, and now it isn't.

Any solutions would be very appreciated, thanks!

Also, just a small detail, when I was trying to get this to work, I turned the PS4 once and a screen appeared "restoring" the PS4, but when it reached 100%, i never got signal again. Just the blank screen im getting used to now...
