Is there any other way of contacting PlayStation Support? I've trying using the live chat but it won't work, I've tried using twitter but I keep getting a link that sends me back to the live chat And I've also tried calling but I don't have phone service at the moment. Is there any other way of contacting them? I just want to get a refund on a game
