PS4 games with a sense of mobility like Infamous second son?

So normally I'm not a huge fan of open world games, simply because I usually end up disliking the amount of time it takes to trek back and forth across the map (even with fast travel) as I'm doing quests or whatever.

But I picked up Infamous Second Son a while back since it was on sale for $8 and it is an absolute joy to zoom and dash around the map! I'm having so much fan going through the map and 100%-ing the game, and I'm usually not one to try to clear out an entire map of side quests/activities. It's just such a blast to move around and use my powers.

Are there any other games on the PS4 that can give me a similar feeling of mobility and fun? I'm not too picky about the genre, although I do prefer a 3rd-person perspective to 1st-person.
