Let me start off by saying I've already contacted sony support multiple times and all the options they offered except sending in the console for servicing I found and tried via Google, so I'm looking for some other information from people. So as of the last few weeks my ps4 has been receiving a lot of lag on everything menus, audio, voice chat, and gameplay. And over the last few days I've been seeing a huge increase in the ps4 system itself crashing. Now for my setup, my ps4 is running a wired connection and is the only wired connection but is the only device experiencing my internet speeds dropping bellow 3mbps download and even lower upload. I thing my system is experiencing critical errors that's causing all this. Any thoughts?
