PS4 Remote Play Help

Hi Guys,

I have been trying to use remote play on my PS4 Pro with my Surface Book. Now at present I'm only trying to use this at home (so just on my own internal network) but it runs like an absolute dog :( my internet speeds at 50mb down and just over 9mb up. Does anyone know if it's possible to use this on an internal network only rather than going out and coming back in (if that makes sense)
