Hey guys,
I used the backup feature of the ps4 to backup my savegames for my own account, which has psn id and for my girlfriends local account. Now that I got my new ps4 pro I tried to restore the savegames and ps4 says: can not restore data for the following users: .. and lists my girlfriends account. Is there a way to get the savegames? Because it should be there technically. I read somewhere you can only restore on the same ps4 for local users? Please help, I lost her diablo 3 savegame which she invested so much time into :(
