Sorry for the stupid question, but I am new to PS4. If i cancel a pre order before the release date do i get a full refund?

I am specifically talking about Destiny 2. I am downloaded the beta so i am supposed to play it early on the 18th. If i don't like it and decide to cancel it afterwards will i get a full refund? Again sorry for the stupid question.
