What dormant IPs would you like to see return and why? Please discuss in the comments.

Here's a list of IPs I'd like to see return and why they should:

Devil May Cry: This series created the Hack n Slash genre and perfected it with it's 3rd and 4th entries. It is a series that takes advantage of this medium and if this series never existed games like God of War, Bayonetta, Dark Souls and even Team Ninja's brilliant modern Ninja Gaiden series would never even exist. Fortunately there's still hope for the return of Dante, director of the series Hideaki Itsuno has said that he's going to announce a new game this year. Many fans of the series are waiting for the announcement of Devil May Cry 5.

Ninja Gaiden: The modern Ninja Gaiden series is an extremely difficult but fair Hack n Slash series and it's been dormant for far too long. Fans have been waiting patiently for Ryu Hayabusa's return and after the failure that was Ninja Gaiden 3 and with success that was Nioh I feel like Team Ninja can apply what they've learned to a brand new Ninja Gaiden game while still remaining faithful to the Ninja Gaiden name.

Prince of Persia: In my opinion I believe that this is one of if not Ubisoft's best IP. It is a linear Platformer/Hack n Slash and unfortunately we don't see much of those 2 genres lately. I believe the best way for Ubisoft to revive the series is by giving us another reboot that's faithful to the Sands of Time trilogy.
