Just a question about setting the primary PS4 on an account.

My sister owns a copy of Modern Warfare Remastered on her account and she has her PS4 set as the primary one, if we log in to her account on a new PS4 and set that as the primary, will we be able to play MWR on the other users and she can play MWR on her own account?
