Can't connect on my PSN account.

Was playing online, got kicked from the game with a PS message : Connect to Playstation Network to use online features.

I try to connect, they tells me that for security reasons, I have to change my password with the mail they sent me.

So I take my PC, click the link they sent me by mail, enter my security question, everything goes good, then they say : Click here to get the mail to change your password.

I do click, and get a red message : Wait a few moments before sending another password recovery request.

I've waited for 2 hours now, still can't change my password neither play online.

I don't want to contact PS support before trying everything so if anyone actually have a solution for this, please help.
