Best 1080p 60fps Game Capture Card To Record Gameplay

I'm looking for the best way to record gameplay from my PS4, I'm not too interested in streaming and am looking for it to save on the device itself. I've seen the AVermedia, Elgato, and Hauppage device, but don't know which one is the best. What do you recommend?
