Does adding random people as close friends violates PSN's tos?

Hello, does adding random players as "close friends" risk my account getting suspended or something because they're not actually my "real friends". I honestly don't care about privacy because I'm going to do this with a second account that I just like to chat and meet new people on, not my main account. thx
