I'm posting this for a friend and I'm a bit shocked by this situation. My buddy lived in the middle east for the past 10 years, he's had a PS+ account for at least 4 years now and he has moved back home to Canada. I informed him he'll need to set up a North American account so he can access the NA store and told him he'll still have access to all the games he purchased on the other account (by setting as primary PS4) the problem is with PS+. if he registers a NA ps+ account, he will lose access to all of the free PS+ games he has accumulated for the past 4 years. If he renews the PS+ on the middle east account, he cannot get the discounts in the NA store. is this really happening? it seems impossible but knowing Sony's PSN woes i'm thinking this is a thing. Am I the only one who thinks it unacceptable? I mean he wants to pay for PS+ and he'll still lose everything associated with his older account in terms of free games, I dunno I feel really bad for him. what do you guys think? any tips? Thanks for reading...
