[Help] Can't access my account, E-Mail is invalid

Hi I apologize if this is the wrong place to post it, but I'm having trouble with my PSN account.

So I don't play the PS4 much (Haven't even played online) I mainly play offline and go to the store to buy the occasional game or demo.

However recently it asked me to log in (When it is usually automatically logged in) after few attempts it kept saying the password is wrong.

So when I tried to 'forget my password' and change it, it says me E-Mail is invalid.

I searched this and saw another post saying that it may have been hacked and I should contact them through the live chat.

But every time I try to go through the live chat it says I am Blocked from the chat.
