After the latest ps4 system update, my Acer monitor refuses to connect to my ps4, just giving me a No Signal message before going into it's sleep mode. I connect my ps4 to the monitor using DVI.
My thought progression for this was:
1) Hmm, my HDMI cable must be bad. Switched it for a different one, still no signal. 2) Maybe its the DVI converter? Nope, my xbox 360 connects just fine to the monitor. 3) So its the ps4 then? I figured it must be this and was going to get it looked at, but I decided to try to hook up my ps4 to my old TV and it connected to it.
I've since tried changing the resolution down to 480p and turned off HDCP while connected to the TV, neither did anything for the monitor. Help?
