Any good true RPGs on the ps4?

I'm looking for a real RPG to play, where my choices matter, my stats matter and I can play how I want.

I do not want an action-rpg like the Witcher 3. I don't want faux-rpgs like bioware or Bethesda trash.

I want something like Vampire the Masquerade Bloodlines, KOTR 2, Fallout 2 and New Vegas. Games about a story in a grey area. A grey area that lets me choose what to do and shape the world around me with deep mechanics that allow me to play how I want with stat sheets that matter.Skill checks that matter etc.

I've also played P4G and P5 I love them but they don't scratch my itch.
