"Content cannot be accessed at this time" when trying to access the beta for Battlefront 2.

I entered in my code from best buy last week and everything seemed to be smooth. I go home on lunch break from work to download the beta and it gives me the message in my title. It looks like I can't just re-buy another code from best buy mobile so I was wondering if anyone had any issues like this?
