My little brother has just bought a PS4 and has bought PlayStation plus. He started playing fifa 18, but when he tried to go online it said : 'connecting to ea servers', then 'unable to log in'. We have tried everything, including making an ea account which should apparently connect automatically if the same email is used, but nothing works. I'm not sure whether it is because his account is setup with his age under 13 or what, but nevertheless it is very frustrating. I would appreciate if you kind souls could help us out on this issue.
