GF and I broke up...how can I get her a copy of her profile and data?

So long story short after 4 years we broke up...I kept the PS4 but am not such as asshole that I wanna just delete all her stuff. Any way to copy her profile and game data to a harddrive or something so she can drop it on a PS4 when she gets another?
