"If you didn't get a code, just submit a support ticket Here and you'll get one. It's an automated response from EA with code and it is literally instant after the ticket submits. The link should take you to the EA support website. Select “Codes and Promotions” and then “Lost Code”. After that, provide a brief description like, “Never received a beta code,” and after the ticket submits, it may take a bit, you should receive an email with a code."
