So a buddy of mine wants to sell me his ps4 and when I asked about it today he said " I think the HDMI port went bad but it could be the motherboard is fried from a power surge at some point . the only thing that comes up when you turn it on looks like the screen you get when a Super Nintendo game crashes, it's just blue and green lines criss crossing the screen." Has anyone else heard of this problem with the HDMI port or with the console at all? Also, how would I go about fixing this problem?
