I bought the Driveclub Ps+ Version on release day, but it dissapeared

Hey! I bought the Driveclub Ps+ Upgrade when it was released, didn't play it for a year or so and now it's gone. I currently don't have Ps+ but i should be able to play it anyways right? It does not show up on my PS4, I cant redownload it. When I log in on a PC it says i own it, but i can't download it to my PS4. Any ideas?
