I have no idea what is happening, please help me sign in to my console

So I updated yesterday, was able to play, everything was fine. I turn on my PS4 about an hour ago and I'm signed out of PSN. Okay, odd. I go to sign in and when I do, it says that my family manager has to help me sign in. I don't think I have a family manager set up, and if I do, it's me. So I go to family management, and it prompts me to sign in, which I try to do, but it says my family manager has to do it for me.

So I'm essentially locked out of my own console, unable to do anything. Can anyone help?
