Hello, I have had this psn id for a very long time, and once a month it tells me to update my password for security reasons. It will tell me to put in my sign in ID (email) and then a screen will show up telling me to reset my password with a link given to me in my email. I will receive this email and when I click the link this pops up. After I answer my security question, this will come up and I will check my emails and receive the same link as earlier. I have no idea what to do, and if I try to say that I forgot my password the same thing happens. Does anyone know how I can get my PSN back?
