Is There An Open World Zombie Game?

I always wanted an open world zombie game, but modern times. I was hoping GTAV would have DLC similar to Undead Nightmare, but oh well.

With the sale going on, I'm wondering if there is anything similar to that? Thinking open world, zombie, collect resources, maybe some RPG mechanics thrown in....anything like that?

Edit: Derp, Dying Light is the obvious one (I think I own it at as well...any others?)
