I have some friends on PS4 and whenever they're in-game, on my friends list where it shows what's they're playing, it comes up as a different language, Spanish, French etc. What determines this? Is it the system language, or where you actually got the game from? I got my PS4+ some games from the UK, but I live in Italy, would the games appear as Italian or English to people viewing me in their friends list?
