Hello. My Xbox one and PS4 pro have both stopped connecting to the internet at the same time and I'm not sure what to do. I have tested my wireless and wired on laptops and phone, it works normally. The consoles claim to have a connection when I check network but won't actually connect. I did a system restore on each, the PS4 can play games but won't connect at all. The Xbox is basically a brick it won't do the required update despite saying it is connected. It's crazy that this happened at the exact same time on both systems and again my network appears to be working normally. Any help would be appreciated.
