My system is telling me I need to redownload an update. Is there a way to download it on my phone and connect it to the PS4, so my phone acts as a USB drive?

My system froze up on me earlier so I reset it and now it's telling me I need to redownload version 5.00. Can I download it on my android and connect it to the PS4? I have an Alcatel one touch
