PS Store Region Change

I'm having trouble with my PS account in that i can't buy any new digital games. Basically I lived in Canada for 2 years and now I'm back home in Ireland. My Canadian account is now empty and so I'm stuck. Any ways around this that I can try? I don't wanna miss out on any deals coming up
