I've seen a bunch of threads about people having connectivity issues with their consoles on their 4k TV's. I turn my consoles on and they go black. I follow the steps to put them into safe mode but it still won't display them in safe mode. The consoles work on other TV's (1080p). The HDMI ports work on the TV. My laptop connects to the TV with the same HDMI cords. Running low on ideas. Any help is appreciated.
