PS4 sounds like a jet engine when I play PS+ MGSV. How can I fix this?

I have googled this and have read others had experienced the same but only when in the ACC, the jet noise is constant when I play...

I thought it was dust build up so did what was in this video: https://youtu.be/AM1wzrkkCVk but this didn't fix it.

I have had my PS4 for around 2 years, but I'd rather not get a new one as it only happens when playing MGSV.

Any ideas how I can reduce this noise?
