Why don't all PlayLink games use one common app?

I'm super jazzed about Hidden Agenda and Knowledge is Power, but it seems silly to me that there's a specific app for each game. Downloading an app in the first place is almost a big enough barrier to entry to keep me from suggesting That's You over similar Jackbox games when friends are over. Sure, the web-based interface can get a little wonky on some of the Jackbox drawing games, so I understand the decision for a dedicated companion app, but couldn't all of those apps be combined into one? Plus it's free promotion for other PlayLink games within the app--people playing one game see others available on the initial start-up page and it drums up interest.

Seems like a missed opportunity, but maybe I'm missing something. Thoughts?
