With the new update you have the ability to follow people to view the content they share. Everyone on your friends list is automatically followed but ran into a issue where none of their content will show up then live from playstation app under following, it would only show up in the what's new feed on the dashboard. If you run into this problem you just have to unfolloow them then re follow for their content to show up in the live from playstation app.
