Hey guys , so i have been trying to play my ps4 but over the last 2 days i keep recieving this message 'A serious error has occured in system software. The PS4 will restart' - it then restarts and goes into safe mode , i have tried updating and when i try rebuild database it cant restart to do so. my question is do i have to intiaslise ps4 or is there a fix without losing all my data. if i have to initialise is there anyway i can back up me and my brothrs accs/games??? and btw we dont abuse our ps4 my brother dosent use it and i just play battlefield 4 for a couple hours every few days Thanks
