Can you use 1 Controller on 2 PS4 at same time?

Yeah you heared right. 1 Controller, 2 PS4 ... not inverted. I saw a USB Splitter like that: http://ift.tt/2sC2Oc5 So when I would connect the PS4 controller with the cable and the splitter and plug in the two endings in each PS4, would it be possible to controle both at the same time? Pls don't ask why someone would or want to do this :DD
