Can't download a game with disk.

So I had GTA 5 on my PS4 in disk form but deleted as unneeded room for other games. Now I want to play it again but when I put the disk in and try to start up the game, it stays at the GTA loading screen saying "downloading 0%" for hours. I have plenty of room in my PS4.
