Controller drift

Question for the sub, do you guys have problems with the left analogue stick on your controller drifting? It seems to happen to me with only 2 games: Mad Max and MGSV. The left stick drifts upwards. I just had the controller replaced and it is doing the same thing. Any suggestions?
