"corrupt data" whenever I put my ps4 sleep with bloodborne still in it.

Whenever I put my ps4 to sleep and bloodborne is still playing in the background, when i turn it back on the disk will say "corrupt data" and i have to eject it to have the ps4 read the game again. It happened once with Persona 5 but always happen with bloodborne. Anyone else get this?
