Credit card invalid?

So i tried to buy a game using my PC and got the message "Your purchase may not be complete?" So i check my transaction history and is a whole lot of missed charges. But the thing is there is money on the card so no reason for missed charges.

Tried buy the game via the PS4 and got a message saying credit card is invalid but it the same credit card i used for the last 2-3 years and the card is still valid. Worked perfectly fine last week.

Any idea how to fix this?

I checked that my credit card info matched my PS acc info and everything matched perfectly fine. My credit card works on other online sites.

Why wont Sony take my money? =(
