I've purchased littlebig planet 3 from the online ps store but I have not downloaded the game to my console. I would like to return this game for a refund. I spent all morning jumping through hoops or just looking for hoops to jump through. I eventually made it to the playstation/gethelp/contact-form/ page filled it out but proceeded to see an error after submitting. This stated "Looks like our systems are having some trouble at the moment. try again later. -an error occurred when sending the email"
Where do you guys go to make returns? Am I missing an obvious refund application somewhere or is it seriously this difficult for everybody. I would prefer not to have to get on the phone with anybody..
edit: apparently NA has near zero return policy and all of the reference links I looked into were in the better respected countries.
