I remember back with 2.55 there was a disk read bug where the PS4 would occasionally stop allowing disc based games past the "splash screen" and you'd have to reboot your console, allowing the 3 beep application close error to go off, then discs would work again...
...Well...my PS4 Pro had that issue last night...
Is that issue still not fixed? I was playing Cosmic Star Heroine and went to play Persona 5 which wouldn't load past the splash screen until I restarted...I tested multiple discs and nothing worked until a reboot...what gives?
