i keep getting error ws-37397-9 when i connect to psn and i cant play any games online i looked everywhere and i cant find a solution heres what i tried so far: i changed my router's ip, changed Macadress, use 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4 DNS, reset router and modem, tried another account, thats all i tried so far none of them worked and i still get the error when i test internet connection on PS4, please help support has been useless i hope someone has a way to solve this problem
