I just bought the new gold PS4 I preordered it and received it and it worked great, perfectly the first week. But then tonight I go to turn it on and it beeps, and I can hear it start up. Then it shows a "Checking the system storage status..." screen. After that loads the PS logo shows up and no sound and then the "see important health and safety warning..." page comes up and get stuck there. Noting on the controller works, pressing the power button on the PS4 does not turn off or restart the system. I have to pull the power plug behind and then restart the system that way. Iv done this 3 times so far. Leaving about 20 mins each time.
This is my first ever PS4 an I have no idea how fix this. If anyone knows what happen and has a solution, that would be cool. Or what I should do, return it, exchange and get a regular PS4. I feel like something is probably wrong with the gold ones.
Any suggestions or anyone else having this problem?
